This luxury neighborhood with easy access to highway 114 is expected to boast of 340 homes when neighborhood build-out is complete. The homes are constructed from 2012-2020 with typical lot size ranging from .15 to .35 acre and have sold around $750,000 to $1.2 million. Most homes don’t have a personal pool, but many have room to build one. The children of Carillon can register to Carroll ISD public schools. The community has parks, a large pool, fire pits, walking trails and beautiful green spaces.
